Very nice hotel! Interesting building, big room with balcony and clean bathroom, with bathtub. The staff are very nice, they speak English, they provide you with a town map and useful information, and although the hotel has a tailor shop and a travel agency (as all the hotels in Hoi An), they don't insist that you buy anything. They checked us in at 7 am, when our bus arrived, at no extra cost. Also, the breakfast is very good and plentiful (and this doesn't happen often in Vietnam), with western and local dishes, plus tropical fruits. Good location as well.

good-sized rooms, fairly well-located
the first room we got was huge but the bathroom doors did not close properly and the airconditioning didn't work. they readily changed us to another room when we complained and the new room was much better.

The room was large, comfortable, clean, and well priced. The breakfast buffet, which was included in the price of the room was varied and tasty. It set us up for the day. Cleaning staff did a good job of tidying the room.

The hotel close to old town. Breakfast is in their other hotel around the corner. The rooms are spacious. Shower water pressure low. Good value for money

Bad service, very unfriendly staff and the hardest beds ever! The only good thing was the swimming pool...

Only thing I liked about the hotel was breakfast buffet. Rude stuff, ok room, good location. Good for backpackers. I moved to a better hotel, ancient house resort, after a few nights. I will not stay this hotel again.
Rude staff. Uncleanliness

Great clean Hotel, Super breakfast in Than Binh 3 just around the corner ( 1 min by foot). Location very central on the border of the old town, with a 24 hours minimarket, and bike rental next to the hotel!

Breakfast is in another hotel down the street, it was fine, but I'd rather have breakfast in the same building. Also the address on Booked.net was not correct, we spent an hour walking around searching a non existent address
